BrainyPrep is not liable for disruptions caused by factors outside its control, such as internet connectivity or local device issues.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Paid users may cancel their subscription at any time via account settings. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the Services have not been accessed or used. To request a refund, contact us at support@brainyprep.com. Refunds are not available for partially used subscription periods.

Account Termination

BrainyPrep may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if these Terms are violated, including unlawful or improper use of the Services, intellectual property violations, or fraudulent activity.
